INGRESS: 6 AM, JULY 2, 2009 (Thursday)
We are looking for concessionaires who are into the following:

1) Fashion & Novelty: gift items and accessories
2) Jewelry: real and costume
3) Leather Goods: bags, wallets, bags and shoes
4) Toys & Collectibles
5) Corporate Give-aways
6) Furniture: lights & lamps, decors, carpets & other interior furnishings for homes & offices
7) Handicrafts, woodcrafts, baskets, bed linens, curtains & quilts, embroidered goods, porcelains & potteries, Zen fountains
8) Paintings, Work of Art
9) Packed, Bottled, Baked & Cooked Food
10) Health & Vanity Products: Supplemental medicines, perfumery, skin products, make-up. Gadgets for fitness & health: massage & spa tools
11) Services: food franchising, real estate, resorts, club memberships, caterings, communications, etc. Get a booth for your flyering, brochures and demos.

* BOOTHS RATES: Php.2,500 per day AFTER JUNE 15, 2009
* EARLY BIRD RATE Php.2,000 UNTIL JUNE 15, 2009
- Rate for electricity requirement: Php.300.00 for 2 days ( NO on the spot request for electricity will be entertained ) 50% DOWNPAYMENT will be accepted upon confirmation, FULL PAYMENT REQUIRED ON OR BEFORE JUNE 25,2009.FAILURE to settle the balance payment on scheduled date WOULD MEAN CANCELLATION OF SLOT WITH NO REFUND.

- First come first served basis, only paid booth/s will be reserved to concessionaire.

- The organizer will be assigning the slots 2 days before the event. Concessionaires will be informed of their slot a day before the event through text.

- 2.0 x 2.0 meters space with 1 table (WITH tablecloth) and two(2) chairs will be provided by the organizer.

- BAZAAR DURATION : Ingress JULY 2 6AM - 11AM
OPENING OF BAZAAR JULY2-4 11AM - 12 MIDNIGHT
EGRESS JULY 4 11PM - Onwards

- Identification card for concessionaires plus 2 for their representative will be given during ingress and must be worn at all times during the event. INGRESS PERMIT WILL BE ISSUED A WEEK BEFORE THE EVENT DATE. NO PERMIT NO INGRESS WILL STRICTLY BE ENFORCED.

- Outside signs, markers, and/or props, and goods shall NOT exceed of the booth premises. Goods and items must be confined only within the booth premises.

Fax validated deposit slip at 756-0645 ONLY VALIDATED DEPOSIT SLIP will be acknowledged as reservation for a stall.
